Had covid symptoms and this was the only CVS with an appointment available. The check-in code did not work so I had to re-enter a lot of information and there are a lot of solicitations in doing so. They are not actually part of CVS, so they had to ask for all of my prescriptions, insurance, etc. But the nurse was very thorough and nice as was the nurse practitioner. The script for the antiviral was sent electronically to CVS in Copley and I had a call back before I left their office to discuss drug interactions. Really quite impressive.

Went in they gave me a strep test said it wasn’t strep, and well that was it…..charged me $184 for a strep test and to tell me it wasn’t strep. Said come back if it gets worse. Don’t think I’ll be going back again. They were nice enough though.

What a waste. No one there and would not allow walk in even though no one was there and no one showed up for the last 3 appointments on the schedule. They are a joke!!!

Waited an hour for an appointment to take a quick test while the nurses sat around using their phones and chatting. They weren't even busy. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service. Not to mention that CVS charges $80 for a covid test. I've had covid tests done in four countries and this was the most convoluted and expensive one. Developing countries manage a better healthcare experience than MinuteClinic.
