The staff is mediocre. The doctors or nurse practitioners are even worse. I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection, the man checked my throat and tapped on my face and forehead and asked if there was any pain. He didn't check my nose, or my ears. He kept cutting me off when I was explaining to him what was wrong. It was horrible. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again.

Worst Cleveland Clinic facility I've ever been in. Took my daughter for a possible foot fracture and we waited forever in a tiny waiting room, crammed in with people who were coming in for Covid tests (with no masks on). Not sure why they wouldn't have them wait in the car. We finally left and went somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Called ahead to discuss whether they could provide a service and was told to come in straight away (“only a ten min wait right now”). I explained that I’d be driving in if they did. Once I arrive, I ask again to ensure the service can be provided before I needlessly sat down to wait, at which point the same person from the phone had to ask someone else to confirm. It turns out that they cannot provide the service. This is the second poor service experience I’ve had here, which is why I called ahead to ensure the smoothest of processes in advance. A large waste of time, unfortunately.

Do not go here. The recent 5 star ratings are most likely friends of staff. You won't get straight answers, you won't get help, staff is "too busy" to deal with you unless you pay up front and hope for the best.
