I was having issues with my eye on saturday so i decided to go get checked before work. The sign on the door says they are open on Saturdays and sundays from 8am to 3pm but yet no one was there. If they are closed on the weekends then they need to change the hours that is listed on their door.

Do not waste your time if you want a proper diagnosis. The first time I went here I said that I might’ve had a seriously bad sinus infection. I got tested for strep and it came back negative. They swore that I might’ve had COVID if not then the flu. I did get my test results back in 12 hours and all of the tests were negative. I went back 2 days later with worsening symptoms including discharge in my eye, again I suggested that I might have some bacterial infection that’s worsening. They gave me antibiotic eye drops for PINK EYE. There’s no possible way I could’ve had pink eye but I do what they say and play the waiting game. About a week later I’m still in pain and the right side of my face down to my throat has swelled up. I drove to the express care in Middleburg and within 30 minutes they properly diagnosed me with…. a sinus infection. Now I have proper antibiotics and meds for congestion. While some of the staff were nice, the tests were efficient, it’s not the best care because not everything is COVID. If you think you might have COVID, the flu, or strep this is the place for fast treatment but for anything else… do not bother.

Such excellent care and service! From the Office Manager at the front desk (on the phone and in person) to the staff for my appointment, everyone was on-point! I thought I had an ear infection, after having irritation and muffled hearing in my left ear for 3 days. Turns out it was wax buildup, even though I've been using Debrox for years. First they took the excess wax out, then resorted to ear flushing. Thank God it was not an infection, but I really appreciate this location's diligence, professionalism and knowledge over the phone and in-person for communicating what they are capable of doing before I came in. I was seen on 5/3/22 around 2:45pm and appreciate the 5 star care!!
