From the moment I called the first time, working with this company was great. They were responsive, answered questions quickly via email and/or phone and were transparent about everything. The day of installation, the crew was there right on time and worked quickly. While it took several months to get our playset and it is quite expensive, it is so gorgeous, vinyl (so no need to deal with wood maintenance over the years) and my kids have been playing on it once or twice a day. Normal lead times for swing sets are about 2-4 weeks from the date of order to delivery.
Our swing sets come in a wide variety of sizes; however, many sets will fit inside a 25’ square area. Make sure you also have enough “run-off” room for the kids as they come off the slide, as well as plenty of room for them to swing.
A properly maintained pressure-treated wood play set will last at least 10 to 15 years. A vinyl set can last 20-25 years or more! We like to tell our customers that they will last as long as your kids will use them, and probably will be around for the grandkids.

That will most likely get you in touch with Kyle, who can put together an estimate for the playset you'd like with your custom options, colors, etc, and then email it to you. Payment is usually handled by credit card over the phone, with 1/2 down at purchase and the other 1/2 at delivery.
