Everyone was so kind and helpful...I didn't have to wait long at all. I cut my finger badly. It would not stop bleeding. The nurses stitched it up and even gave me a drink and some crackers. I was starving! I went back to get the stitches removed. Way better than waiting in an ER at a hospital and cheaper too!

The place is clean and staff was nice. Was appreciative of the support from the provider during my illness. Everything was good until I paid the bill and they have not cashed the check from my hsa. I called and left 5 messages over about a month and not one phone call was returned from billing! When I mentioned it to the front desk they claimed that they call from a number that is usually marked spam. I unblocked the spam calls so I would get the call and still nothing. I will not be returning I am beyond frustrated. Never have I experienced this with any other healthcare provider billing department.
