The ladies at the front desk, Lori and Sue, are well informed, personable, and so very helpful. Denise and Eli perform eye checks easily and ask relevant questions. Dr. Ward is absolutely the best. She easily discusses problems and solutions. My experience was great!

Wonderful doctor. Staff was amicable. However the company they use for contact lenses leaves little to be desire . Worst ever. Their website to track lenses is worthless to patients . I order my lenses on 5.11.2022 , today is 7.5.2022 still have not delivered and no status on website.

One of the most expensive eye care place for eye exams, contacts, and glasses with one of the worst service and rude staffs. Had a contact exam done where optometrist missed astigmatism completely and gave me contacts for trial with wrong power. Went in second time, no apologies from optometrist or any one even after I explained what happened. Charged me for fitting, which I hadn’t even done it yet. Went to America’s best with the prescription for contacts to fill, the staff from America’s best reached out to this place to change the brand on contacts they were supposed to call back, but never called back. The second time staffs from America’s best called this place, but they told her I had never been there even though she was telling her that she had a prescription from them on her hand. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place.

Staff seems very nice. Unfortunately, I waited for over an hour to see the Dr. and I had to leave. I have a job and I did not tell them I would be gone for so long. I just thought it was an eye appointment. I have never waited that long just to see the eye Dr. I guess if you go to this facility plan on taking at least 1/2 day off work.
