Terrible experience, went in for an MRI of my wrist as stated on my referral from my doctor, they instead insisted on giving me an MRI of my hand instead because they were more concerned about getting paid by the insurance than actually giving me the proper imaging I needed for my diagnosis. No communication between them and my doctor, and zero empathy toward me. And they kept trying to reschedule me at last min months Further out! If your more worried about money than your patients then you should work at a bank instead. Disgusting.

Went to DMXI for 30 years!! Went for MRI & was told my co-pays was $65.00. I paid it & got another bill for $65.00. They harassed me for 1 month & was sent a collection notice even though I left a message on their answering machine that the bill would be paid Sept. 14th & IT WAS PAID! Never go there again!!! Ps. Stayed on hold on phone for almost half an hour to discuss bill & they hung up on me. Had to call back!! Bad management!
