Don't fall for the "save my place" appointment garbage. It does literally nothing. I made an appointment 4 days in advance for 10:30 to have blood work done. I arrived at 10:20, was told I wasn't in the right building (I was), called up to check in ( just to be told it wasn't necessary), and then waited untill after 11 to get the blood drawn. You CANNOT realistically make an appointment here, regardless of how many pamphlets they push on you telling you you can. You will wait.

My wife was at the SRHS Diagnostic Center in Hermitage this morning (8-31) for a simple blood draw. The entire ordeal of registering, waiting, and more waiting was a terrible. She was told that patients who had appointments for imaging were given priority, appointments being a key word. There were phlebotomists waiting for blood draw patients, but she still had to wait. There were people who registered after her who literally walked in for a blood draw, and were then out very quickly. My wife arrived at 7:20 am, was arrival time stamped at 8:05, didn’t have blood draw until about 8:45. She had to fast for this blood draw which made her susceptible to other issues. We understand that there are times when waiting is necessary, but today’s situation was totally off the rails. Does she now have to make an appointment for future blood draws? Diagnostic center management has to do a much better job in patient care. Her previous blood draw this past February was a bad experience as well due to a painful blood draw. Your attention and response to these issues is appreciated.

Ive had ro go to this facility on 2 occasions, once in 2020 (ultasound)and again this year (mri with and w/o contrast). From schedule setters, medical staff, doctors, billing, imaging technicians and customer service, zero issues. Everyone has been amazing, informative, professional, and have gone above and beyond. Nothing like what ive experienced from upmc. Life or death ill be going with steward healthcare. Thank you for everything!

It's good there except they don't have x-rays anymore even though their website let's you register and make an appointment. So I showed up for the woman to say.. oh we saw that you were coming but we haven't done x-rays in 2 years. Why would they not have called me if they saw I was coming? And why does the website still let you make appointments? Nothing like wasting my time and not caring at all.
