Hann's pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. When you walk in, you're greeted visually with all the traditional stuff organized very neatly, but also with some custom soaps and jewelry that makes the short wait enjoyable to browse around. The place smells great, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and are so patient when answering your questions. And as an extra note, I needed an urgent prescription on a Sunday that very few pharmacies carry, they opened briefly for a few customers who were in a similar situation. So grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The staff at this pharmacy is not only knowledgeable, but their customer service is top tier! I haven’t met a staff member that wasn’t nice, accommodating, and professional. I had an issue with my bank during a purchase, and Tania immediately started working to rectify the situation- which is greatly appreciated. They do a great job at making you feel important and providing quality service. I would definitely recommend!

Like the other reviews I can attest to a general lack of organization and efficiency on how this pharmacy is run. A change of order throws them into a chaos that takes a long long time to resolve. CVS has even higher patient volume and seems to be more efficient. Some processes must be lacking in this place. Normally I would not comment another business lack of efficiency. The staff is rude and literally is unable to handle a change of order. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. The pharmacist was spending time chitchatting instead of working on orders. This is no sense of urgency so be prepared to wait for a long time if you're going in person. I was quoted 40 minutes and waited for 50 minutes. And in the whole time there was a lot more explaining and not enough doing. Cannot recommend as a go to pharmacy.
