unfriendly poor management and poor oversight in a rush for $$$ and never did consults on medication some of which can be dangerous.. there continues to be a problem with wrong medications in mediset, poor over site poor management and un-accountability. they throw medications at people with no consult at all like they have me. They left me without medication numerous times because they failed to fill my prescription correct it was returned to them and they never filled the correct prescription yet billed insurance for $$$$. they are more money driven and less patient centered.....

When you call and are on hold the automated message tells you that they strive to be the best at service yet consistently found myself on hold for 22 minutes before being disconnected and then on hold again for another 15 minutes. Granted once you get to speak with someone they are GREAT, helpful and kind, but they have to be able to handle the capacity and volume flex.
