This is a wonderful pharmacy! I am a medical provider, and they have always gone above and beyond to assist our mutual patients with all of their medication needs. Good evening Mr Hoffman, Thank you for your inquiry. The price varies based on your insurance as well as if you have any deductible. If it is covered by your insurance and you do not have a deductible, the copay would be 0. However if you do have a deductible, then the copay would vary based on the insurance coverage. The manufacturer provides a copay card that covers upto $250 max for each fill. The card works only for commercially insured patients and there is no price option for either not covered or cash paying/uninsured patients.
