If I could I would put no stars horrible place to go for your batteries stick to auto zone ! If you come and complain about your battery asking for a refund or getting you’re money back they won’t give it to you ! They’ll just ask to charge your battery for 1-3 days if you simply don’t need the battery anymore or the battery just simply doesn’t work for you it’s you’re problem your money goes to waste! And there’s nothing they can do for you if you’re battery is bad they can only exchange it for a different battery stick to autozone!:) hate this place.

Frankly, as a manufacturer, you could not ask for a better business partner in every aspect! Endlessly responsive to all of our varying needs. They have come through on a moments notice every time they have been asked. And, to put this in perspective, we are talking about tens of thousands of batteries over several years! Awesome customer service! Quick and easy replacement of my Civic's battery. I love their 5 year warranty. I couldn't find anywhere as cheap and with that many years of protection and great customer service. Can't beat this company when it comes to batteries I am going no where else.

I’m a new loyal customer! My car battery died and I was shocked at what everyone was charging! I stopped at three places and called two others, until I gave up and went home to think. There has to be someone who isn’t trying to exploit people! But who? My husband said, let’s try Interstate. I called and was elated to discover that not only was the battery priced ethically, it also has a FIVE year warranty. All the other places told me they stopped making 5 year batteries- they only had 2 and 3 year batteries and they were charging a TON more. I’m glad my conscience wouldn’t let me accept what everyone else was selling, because I found an ethical small business that is doing good by its customers! Spread the word!!!
