I called last night to ask them to order a new screen for my phone, the guy on the phone assured me he had several but would set one aside with my name. Today when I went to get my phone repaired I was informed by a different man that then do not keep my phone screen on hand and I'd have to pay an additional fee to order it as well as rush shipping. Fairly certain someone here is making up extra fees and pocketing the money. Do not take your phone here for repair. I will also add that this is the 2nd time I've attempted to use this location, the first time they gave me the same line about added fees. I went to a different location that believed they had my screen but it ended up being an inventory issue. Funny enough when that location checked this locations inventory they actually had a few on hand. I asked him to call and verify that they had it which he did and 5 hours after this location said in need to pay all those extra fees they magicly had it on hand.
