I went here with a friend last week, we went in and sat down and watched the waitress walk by us twice. I finally got up and grabbed us menus from by the entrance. The fried pickles were hot and good but the main dishes were very cold. We had ordered wings and given 1 napkin each, waitress never came back so we could ask for more. When we were ready to leave I just went to pay at the till figuring this would be quicker, then I was informed we had to wait for and pay our waitress 🙄. I informed the people at the till that the waitress was awful and the food was cold, they just looked at me like I was bothering them, I told them that I would never be back and that didn't phase anyone either... They just looked at me like "so". Next time I want wings I'll just break out my airfyer at home, at least the wings will be hot and the service will be better!

My family had a vehicle breakdown, so we went in to eat and pass time. I should've turned back immediately due to the foul smell upon entering, but we wanted to be able to sit and wait for our ride. Our food came out very fast (there weren't many patrons). The food was barely warm and the fries were overcooked. The bathroom was disgusting and the front door wasn't fully functional. I'm unsure if this is a corporate funding issue or if the management is bad. The golf game inside was also broken. Just overall not the BWW experience we expected. Waitress was great.

Totally enjoyed my server, Tucker. Genuine people-person. Very attentive, professional, likeable. Food was out, hot and as ordered, He never let my beer glass go dry without politely asking if I cared for another. Had the wings and fries special. Good Value for ten bucks. Followed that with the street tacos....and some more beers. I am not in this area often, but I know now where I will get a warm, sincere greeting, and will be back next time through. Store was clean, and was staffed well, which is surprising, when so many places are crying for workers...that BWW can attract and keep a guy like Tucker. Thank You B-Dubs for hiring good folks! And, Thank You Tucker! Bob.

Our wings were amazing. I ordered the orange chicken. Very flavorful. We also ordered the triple appetizer. Hot, fresh and tasty. Cant wait to go bk. Our only downfall was it took also 20 min of sitting before anyone noticed we were there
