Olga's seems to be experimenting with new dishes to attract customers. I personally think the food is expensive compared to similar offerings at nearby coney islands.

We stopped in there for a quick dinner and we're pleasantly surprised by our waiter Michael. He was very warm and engaging. He appeared to really enjoy his job. The food came out quickly. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. We look forward to our next trip back!
