It has been years since I've been to a Five Guys. They were always high priced but this was a shock. They are better than McDonalds but definitely not gourmet. They ranged from $7-11 for a burger before fries and a drink. They didn't even give that traditional huge scoop into the bottom of the fry bag anymore. Very shocking, very disappointing, and unfortunately now that I live near one again, I still won't be going back.

It’s…just an average, run of the mill burger. I guess it’s better than McDonalds? Fries were…eh? They’ve got all these contests they’ve supposedly won plastered all across the place. I feel like they’re trying to Jedi mind trick their customers with all the “reviews” on the wall. It’s not bad but there are better ways to spend $18…and there are definitely better burgers. If you’re going to charge that much for an average burger brag about how much you pay your employees I could at least get behind that. They were great. It’s just the most uninspired menu in town.

First time here. Great hamburgers, love the extras pin the burger and the clean environment, great, fresh French fries. I will come back.

An expensive disappointment, I do not recommend eating here. The quality is not worth the price. I ordered a bacon burger and received a bacon cheeseburger. It came poorly wrapped and upside down in the bag. Toppings were falling off before I had finished unwrapping it. The burger was so poorly put together I had to take it apart and remake it. One of the patties was hanging off halfway. The grilled onions were in there somewhere but I had to search for them and never tasted them. The burger tasted okay which is the only reason I gave them the second star. But for a $9+ burger, it was disappointing. The fries were warm, not hot, soggy and weak. We got two burgers, two drinks and shared a regular fry. The total was $30+. I will not be returning.
