Employees poorly educated. How you work at a clothing store and don't know what a chef coat is? Then lie to me on the phone and say you have them I drive down there and you don't have them because you thought that a winter coat was the same thing as a chef coat and now I've wasted gas that I'll never get reimbursed for. Idiots

The sales people are really friendly and super helpful, unfortunately Old Navy just doesn't have the selection that it did 20 years ago.

Victoria the assistant manager was amazing! We were looking for a zip up we found online and Victoria was an amazing help. She searched several places in the store, then when we were sure they didn’t have it, she helped us order exactly what we wanted online, with free shipping! She even helped us find the best possible deal. Her customer service couldn’t have been better. She made a situation that was somewhat of a hassle into a very pleasant experience. I recommend this store solely for the fact that Victoria works there!
