Tried calling a caseworker, she cancelled the call on the third ring. I left a voicemail, no call back in 6 days. I called again, she cancelled my call once again. Tried to call her supervisor, the number she gave wasn’t even real. Called the number on gateway, a robot told me to call this number. I call this number and the line is busy! This is absolutely ridiculous. God forbid someone has actual urgent needs. Updating my review to add on that these agents are garbage. They ask for you to submit information online (that has already been submitted ten-fold), then neglect your case until the system takes over and terminates your case. I called the case worker, had to leave a voice-mail. Called her supervisor after not hearing back for 10 days, voice-mail box is full. Call HER supervisor, surprise surprise- had to leave a voice-mail. I understand they have a heavy case load, but this is purely negligence.

You take a number and wait to speak to someone??? Its not really complicated.
What is the fax number
Go to Georgiagateway.gov and create new account. When you get in the new account it will ask you do you receive benefits. Click yes even if you don't. This will then ask you if you want to link your account. Say yes link. It will then pull all your information from old account to the new account. All you will need to know is you birthday and SS#. Then once in go to bottom to benefits or view my notices and you can print out what you need. Hope this helps.
