I can not believe that I will be the only one writting a non positive review about S.Coates, but the only two times a visited this location this guy was in a bad mood. First time I showed up around 1pm and He greeted me with a "...f#%$^ great, just in my lunch time", I was not sure if I heard right, but when a next customer crossed the door He said something similar. This week, again He was giving some sort of sarcastics responses, may He was trying to sound funny?.

This guy is great. Going down to ten degrees, no electric or heat in my home. He put a hose together for me so I could connect my LP tank to house to my fireplace so my pipes of water would not burst. He understood what an emergency was, showed great empathy. He impressed me as some thing we see so little of these days. Kindness and compassion.
