Excellent choice of living! The management at Brook Run is exceptional. Elisa and Melissa both did an outstanding job making me feel welcomed and the communication was great! If you are looking for an apartment to rent - Brook Run is the best choice. If there is ever an issue then maintenance is there to help and resolve the situation very quickly which is very important. If I weren’t moving out of state then I would have resigned another lease. 5 stars for this great community!

I lived at Brook Run apartment for a year. It was a great experience. Fairly priced, good maintenance, fun activities, exceptional management, and nice neighbors all around. If I weren’t moving out of state, I’d re-sign. Amazing memories here!

A/O 6/23/22 Update: NEW Mgmt Redwood Residential AKA Redwood Capital Group. Google their Reviews in Chicago. Redwood bought this place & now we all wish old mgmt came back because they at least cared about people’s concerns. If you ask a question they’ll considered it as a complaint. They don’t reinforce the NO smoking policy, tons of smokers here! So you’re paying rent for other people’s bad habit. Pool IS NOT HEATED. I’ve never seen a professional pool van like last summer to check the chlorine either. If you live in the “middle” buildings you can hear a needle drop! Very thin walls you hear everyone’s conversations. They’re also building a dog park right next to an apt building. I feel so bad for all the poor neighbors in that building. They will now have to hear dogs barking all day & people talking. They should fix outside lighting & serious rain issues than a dog park. Old mgmt use to upkeep the pond but now NO running river through the Brook whatsoever. The grass is awful as well in some areas. The only thing I’ll say is maintenance is good thus the 1 star. MOST IMPORTANTLY: The 2 amateur girls in leasing office are so unprofessional & spread tenants personal information! So BEWARE future tenants cuz I was stunned when it happened.

Our transition into brook run was phenomenal, Melissa was more than accommodating and the grounds are beautiful. Communication with staff is easy, the maintenance team goes above and beyond to help out wherever they can. We appreciate this place so much!
