From all the negative reviews I feel It's my duty to follow suit and leave a 1 star as well. You guys have a bowling alley swimming pool and pool tables but your apartments are less desirable. Step up your game management.

The office staff have been great and very responsive as have the maintenance staff. Any time we need anything fixed they were right on it. It is a very safe pleasant place to live.

We had a mold problem as well. They replaced an entire wall in our place. It was under construction for 5 days and we were confined to our bedroom. We asked to either stay in a different place or have some prorated rent but they said no to both.

Utilities it depends on usage. Water we pay $70 for electricity in summer/spring/fall but in Winter it increased to $120. This is for a 600sq apartment. Only 2 ppl living there and we work most of the day. Water used to be included but then they changed it. So for water was about $12-$18 No gas bill at all. For garbage was about $40 but they "include" you that in the monthly rent payment.
