How much are your utility bills? and do they bump up the rent in the middle of your lease or only do it before your lease begins or after your lease ends?

Utilities it depends on usage. Water we pay $70 for electricity in summer/spring/fall but in Winter it increased to $120. This is for a 600sq apartment. Only 2 ppl living there and we work most of the day. Water used to be included but then they changed it. So for water was about $12-$18 No gas bill at all. For garbage was about $40 but they "include" you that in the monthly rent payment.

Utilities is about $70/month for everything but cable, they raise rent at end when u renew
