This place is dangerous and unsafe during winter thick ice builds in the parking lot,needs repairs they don’t put any salt,the walls in building 4 are infected with mold!...they don’t fix the problem the apartments have moisture and water build up!

We had a mold problem as well. They replaced an entire wall in our place. It was under construction for 5 days and we were confined to our bedroom. We asked to either stay in a different place or have some prorated rent but they said no to both.

I lived in building 4 and had mold inside my air conditioner unit. I got real sick and actually ended up with kidney failure, it’s now being traced back to mold exposure. That whole place needs to be knocked down! Do not live there.
