They where experiencing a bad nite I think I never received my pizza had me thinking it was on the way but never came the next day they called me I know crazy huh well it'll be a while before I order from them again when it final came it was terrible

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION OF PIZZA HUT! It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered at 5:55pm and I received a text message at 6:20 pm says my order is on it’s way. After that, at 7:20pm still my order was not delivered and I called them they said “my order is on it is way” It was 8:00pm and my order was still didn’t arrive. I called them again to check and the person who answered the phone asked his manager and his manager aggressively yelled at him to tell me “ your order is canceled because you didn’t answered your phone” I literally heard this sentence he said in spanish. So I called the customer service to get a refund but it is pointless right now. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION OF PIZZA HUT!

I ordered for both kids the personal pizza pan and another medium size for me. The order was at 7:28 which showed 25-30 minutes delivery! Looked after 15 min on the tracking and then it showed 9:00pm delivery instead of 8:00pm. 1 hour and 30 min to wait??? Called and kept on the hold line for 20 minutes, then someone answered and put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then hung up on me, pizza arrived with the wrong order - decided to change to 2 medium pizzas instead of having 2 personal + medium! Arrived very cold , Kids didn’t want to eat anymore without the personal pan! Hungry and tired- calling and calling and no one answered- had to cook dinner to 6 years old at 9pm on a Sunday. Never again!
