Placed an online order that was never delivered. Out of 30 dollars I’m hoping to get back. Called the store and they tell me to get in touch with DoorDash when the order was never picked up because the store was closed when the driver got there. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut delivery.

Waited outside for delivery driver he never called and then cancelled my order. I call the store and they told me when they cancel they throw away the food. Bs... delivery driver cancelled and kept my order. Fire the entire overly lazy crew stat.

Place an online order supreme pizza 2 L Pepsi six traditional wings. Get all the way home open the wings it’s boneless !!!! Hoped back in my car take it back up there, tell them their mistake. No apology, for messing up my order. It wasn’t until I said something about the apology is when the manager offered to make the correct wing’s. No thanks just give me my money back!!!! I don’t recommend location. Very unprofessional.

It was a good experience. Good parking spaces, it's kinda tight for cars to cruise around without having another driver nearly getting into your car🤨(well, it's not Walmart or Costco's parking spaces🤭). The staff was nice and process the order efficiently. The only thing is the overall design, it would be nice if the owner updated the place. It obviously needs a better look; it's clean though. Got home with the pizza ( big dinner box), the kids loved it, but they didn't like the brownies, they said it was kinda too doughy... Besides that, it was a good experience.

Wow that's not their normal customer care did you get the name of the person that at least answered the phone so you could make a complaint about your unfortunate online order cancellation that goes against company policy i might add and you follow protocol and make a complaint to corporate
You should have call them back. Then if they did come after that. U don't need to order from them anymore.
