The office as a whole exuded a very negative vibe. My family and I were very disappointed in the overall care. I did nit feel welcome. I will not return as a patient and do not recommend the facility.

I have to agree with the other one-star reviews. The front is short (negative); my appt has been rescheduled twice. First, time no alternative appt for that day. The sec time, I was given a diff time with a diff doctor. I was on time for my appt but didn't realize I had left my wallet in another vehicle. My spouse left to get it while I filled out my NP paperwork. The supervisor would not allow me to be seen. They give a 15-minute grace period. My appt was at 9:40 my husband walked in at 9:57. I hesitated to keep my appointment because of how rude and short the schedulers were. I, too, experienced being kept on hold and never returning to the phone. The front staff isn't welcoming; no grace, and no desire to be kind and work with their new patients. My husband is retired military. I've worked in the dental field for over 25 years. We've never treated our Patients this way. I would suggest training, but it starts at the top, so I guess their motto is....if you don't like it, find another place to be served.

Very informative, a little wait in the small room but that's normal for all medical facilities.

The receptionist is the WORST!!! She had me on hold forever and kept saying "Pulmonary Solutions, hold" she said it so fast and I mean very fast that I did realize what she was saying until the 4th or 5th time hearing her say it. She wouldn't ask could you please hold and let you say ok or nothing she said what she said and would hang up. She is beyond rude and don't need to be answering the phone. I became so frustrated after the 10th blah, blah she said I just hung up.
