Management at Wellington Place Apartments is very bad. They can be rude and forget/ignore things you’ve said. Neighbors are noisy and management seems to do nothing to resolve those noise complaints. You can’t enjoy your home and have peace here, you come back from and hear kids jumping around like its a playground. Security doesn’t help at all and dont arrive sometimes. You just have to wait till the next morning to finally sleep a bit. Landlord is never in office so its hard to contact them. They always seem to close earlier than listed. They wont do much to help. Very unprofessional

I had an issue that I couldn't resolve with the manager of my building and Samantha Bass the portfolio manager was so kind and helpful with resolving this issue after contacting her. She really helped in the line of communication to get things done. It's good to know some people really are on your side.

Don’t move into a property managed by Allied. They’re trying to say I have to pay July’s rent even though my agreed lease term ends on June 30th. They’re saying it’s because I didn’t give them 20 days notice that I was leaving at the end of my lease as planned when I signed the lease. I checked my lease agreement and it only says if a “month to month” tenant fails to give a 20 day notice then they’re responsible for the next months rent in full and I was not a month to month tenant I renewed my lease for 6 months and said I would be leaving at the end of that 6 months. They’re now saying because of covid they can’t do rental increases so they’re just automatically rolling people over into a month to month lease when they’re agreed lease term is up and yet they failed to notify that they are doing that now and it is not listed in the lease that I signed. They just want to take advantage and steal your money. Steer clear.

Mgmt for one of their properties ignored police, phone calls, 3 break ins after my son lay deceased for two weeks in one of their units. She even deleted the calls. Do not recommend renting from their properties. I quote the manager when I asked her why she did not abide by landlord tenant laws and her answer was I hate my job. Is that what any person would say to a mother who just lost their child? His car, wallet, and many other things were stolen. All lost. Allied has offered no recompense for such a dereliction of her duties. A non resident got into the locked building and kicked his door down the first time. Who knows who broke in the other two times. And yes, I know nothing will bring my son back. But he didn't deserve this.

Questions & Answers

Why are seniors in Poulsbo being denied the right to garden? Your “valued tenants” AND THEIR GARDENS have been a beautiful part of our community for years. Your company’s reputation is currently being crucified. Bad business for you.

Allied does not care about its tenants or it's residents all they care about is getting the money I moved into my apartment with ceiling fans as they've slowly broken down they're not going to be replaced which was a selling point when I moved in recently because parking is so horrendous around here they make us pay for parking permits the only thing is there's so few parking spaces so when one is open it doesn't matter if it's a paid spot or not people take it and management will do nothing to the point where I had to park my truck on the street and had a kayak stolen off the back of the truck after almost 2 weeks of hounding Janet the manager here to do something about it she said well that's really your responsibility and yet they threatened to immobilize toe or fine people they just don't have the stones to enforce it

What if I have bad credit, poor rental history or eviction in my past?

Oh that doesn't matter they'll just make you pay more in the deposit and security when you move in

Let’s not even get started on tenant rights, or the emotional and mental impact of denying something as valuable as gardening, or how the community (and future tenants) feel about you, or... ...anyone else want to air in?

At the beginning of this year they told us that we would no longer be allowed to have fans in the windows or air conditioners in the windows they want us to go out and buy portables very strict about what we can and cannot have on our back patios no individualism just the fact that I pay for a parking spot and I'm not allowed parking it because other people feel it's their spot and management will not do anything about it several times I've had my truck burglarized because I've had to park it on the street allied is definitely the worst management company in at least the state of Washington one and a half stars out of five
