Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The environment makes learning easy though, because it's such a positive, encouraging atmosphere.

I wasn’t going to do this review but it’s been on my mind since Saturday… I did a class with Jenna and during the side switch when changing exercises , the rowing side seemed to all forget what workout activity came next. .. because Jenna was walking near me I looked at her and asked how to do the next workout… she responded with “ I showed it already , pay attention” … the routine was 3 x 15 reps prior. No one on my side had started because we all we’re catching our breath, trying to remember what the next rep was. We weren’t knowledgeable with the terminology and needed a reminder where to look on the screen to start the correct rep…. Her response was very alerting, discouraging, and rude…. I made sure to not do her class the next time. I felt horrible about it and for having to think like that. Today we did a class with Luis,(Amazing) & of course a handful of people forgot the next set of reps (I remembered) but someone asked for help and he was so willing and excited to show, point, & demonstrate. We all laughed as everyone else joined in. It felt so good to enjoy the workout and instructor. Everyone has bad days and sometimes it’s just best to make sure we are aware and accountable for how we make others feel. Especially during a workout for those who already need the extra push.

Had a lot of fun! Workouts had good energy and the instructors did a great job making sure we all knew the exercises. Would definitely recommend them! I enjoy seeing my results on the screen and get hooked on burning as many calories as I can! The music has been pretty good so far too and has given me an extra boost during the workout.

I love Orange theory fitness!!! Every other workout class I've tried I would dread going to but I'm always excited to get to class now. The coaches and staff are awesome (Renton WA location). They are all encouraging and kind, I never feel judged😊. I've been going for three months and feel so much stronger already. I'm definitely going to stick with it and reach all of my goals. Thanks Orange theory!
