The airport location was sold out, so we rented a car from this location and I am so glad we did. DeShawn, which I believe is the Manager, took care of us from the moment we enter his location, he accommodated our needs, he was friendly and professional! If you need a car, it’s worth to get an Uber to this location (only few min ride) and I’m sure they’ll take care of you. Thank you DeShawn! And great work!

The staff was nice, but it seemed hard to keep up with customer demands. By the time I stopped by most vehicles were already picked up. Initially I was offered a choice of a 15 passenger van or a truck. After showing some disinterest, I was offered a Kia Niro (EV) but was warned that there was only 30 miles left on the battery AND that the charger cable was not returned from the previous renter. Since it didn't bother me much, I chose the EV which was an excellent choice. When I returned the vehicle, the staff was very professional and friendly. I typically use the airport for rentals, but I might have to change to this location from now on (as long as I reserve a vehicle in advance, that is).

The Enterprise on Grady Way is truly 1/1. Last month I used their rental services for what needed up being a consecutive 30 days. And they made it so easy and efficient for me. I even had to switch out my rental for another one due to low oil, and they made that happen quickly for me. From their on phone guidance, to their in person customer service, this Enterprise is by far the best one in the region.

Holy what just happened?! These people should not be in business. Pay your workers a living wage and hire enough people to help the customers and maintain your vehicles. Seems like this Enterprise location needs this advice: paying customers is how you will survive. Shocking, I know. But proven to be true.
