My doctor office sent these people an order for a nebulizer machine on 06-11-2021. I called them today, 06-24-2021, and they confirmed they received the order but has not had a chance to process it yet. I told them this is urgent and the rude lady on the phone stated back "so is everybody ahead of her!" I asked if she has an ETA and she stated back "we'll get to it when we can!" How do these people stay in business?

Do NOT use this company. Not ever. It’s been 4 days now since I was supposed to have my nebulizer delivered and I am now having to go back to the hospital because my lungs have gotten worse. They will give you the run around and will never deliver your machine. Horrible, HORRIBLE company.

Horrible place. The manager Wendi was totally rude to me. I had quite a few questions as my husband needs a cpap machine. She then was totally rude and knocked her employee down in front of everyone in the office, including 2 customers. I don't understand why Craig (the gentleman who wrote a review and gave his company (Rotech) a 5 star review) would have such a nasty person under his wing. Not only does this make the company look bad, but makes him look bad as he is her boss! I found another company in Renton that takes my insurance that are actually thriving as a business and have no reviews that are bad! Companies as well as upper management need to take a hard look at their employees/managers. When you have a high turnover rate at a business that had been going pretty smoothly before the manager started (Wendi). Maybe their is an issues with the manager (Wendi) and not all the employees!!! Everyone...please feel free to ask me if you need a more reputable place to get a cpap machine!

As many other reviewers have mentioned, good luck getting hold of customer service. Left multiple voice message and never got a single call back from them. Will return all my equipments and look for a different referral from my provider.

I'm the respiratory therapist for Rotech on Whidbey Island. I work out of my home and am part of Rotech in Renton. The Renton office is taking care of Bellevue. Rotech closed a lot of their locations and consolidated into Renton.
