I had the most rewarding experience ever when purchasing my glasses.Came in for my appointment,they took me right in,had my eye exam and picked out my frames and glasses,my sales person Joy was very professional.So usually when I order glasses it takes up to two weeks to get them,but to my surprise,they were ready in 2 days.This is a first for me.I paid a good price,got good service and quick turnaround time.I will definitely be getting my glasses from Visionworks in Alexandria from now on.

Went in to get new glasses for my prescription. Collin sales rep let me take my time choosing. He was awesome checked my insurance to see if there was coverage right on the spot. When it was time to pick up my glasses no wait time. Collin was awesome. I do recommend Viss up works on route 1 in Alexandria, Va.

The quality of their products and service has deteriorated. Staff turnover is an indication of internal problems. Unless you have gobs of time and patience you may have to go elsewhere right now.
Honestly no, if you bring a child then you are responsible for watching them and keeping them out of trouble just like at any other store
No, if you have kaiser, you have to go through kaiser’s Drs at Kaiser Permanente.
I think they only cost 35 dollars and two pair of glasses is 60 percent off for the second one but a lot of sales and discounts and they will help you very nice
Depends on the prescription, usually yes if it’s a simple one.
