Latre was rude and grumpy. She didn’t even say hello or smile and just told me to put my bag down and get undressed without even looking at my face. This made me very uncomfortable to begin with. The rest was even worse and didn’t matter at that point. I walked out. I will go back to the Silverspring location where people are kind and professional.
