What a great find. Not only is the framing of superior quality but the customer service is stellar. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and are very communicative throughout the whole process. You can even watch them work on projects in various states of completion.

Frame Central is wonderful. I had a drawing I did framed there. This drawing is priceless to me and leaving it in the hands of someone I could trust was critical. I worked with Abbey. She was great and so patient with all of my questions. I think the frame and matting is beautiful, and it’s hard to tell from the pic but the frame and mat have sparkle in them. A perfect fit for the subject. Your art is in good hands at Frame Central.

I have spent a lot (1k+) of money at frame central to frame large prints of my photography. Thus far, I've supplied three larger prints (30x20) and had Frame Central mount, matte, and frame them. While the framing has looked nice, and was well packaged when I picked it up, I've had issues with each one. First print: The matte was uneven by about two inches from top to bottom, so the picture was off center in the frame vertically. I didn't notice this for a year, but once I did I could not stop looking. I got attitude when I brought it up along the lines of "its been a year and NOW you notice it?" Back to the store to get it fixed, free of charge. Second print: Photo not secured to the backing well. Started falling down in the frame after a few months. Back to the store, to get it fixed, free of charge. Third Print: Another photo not secured to the backing well, started falling down. I've moved out of the neighborhood, and I am just going to take this somewhere else. I've attached a picture of this one. As you can see, there is one piece of double sided tape holding down the photo per corner. Yikes. When I used to mount photos I would use spray adhesive on the entire back. This mounting job is way too cheap for what you pay. I would give Frame Central one star, but they've fixed it every time for me, the frames are nice, and their service is usually finished within a week.

This wasn't my first time working with Dennis at Frame Central, nor was it the first time I was totally blown away with what we came up with together and what he executed on. Absolutely incredible work and with the nicest people one could hope to do it with. They honestly deserve a gold medal in framing, which seems like an absolutely ridiculous thing to say for me, given that I'm not a connoisseur of framing or even of art, but that's how excited I am about what's come out of working with them (and they really do a great job of making the process super inclusive). I never would see myself putting this much value on the frames that go around my art and posters, but Frame Central has absolutely transformed what I've given them to work with, and hence has transformed my whole living space. So grateful I wandered into their shop.
