Lots of old hardware here. If you're looking for an obscure cable or part this is the place to look. They also have pre-built complete computers and a museum.

I can't fathom why some people in reviews seem to believe that prices are way out of line. Taking a quick look around at older hardware, from graphics cards to CPUs and motherboards, prices match or are slightly lower than eBay. I came in looking for an Intel 4th or 6th generation Dell optiplex for my girlfriend and I left with a far superior custom built PC with an intel i3 4330 for only $100. I also spent $80 on an i7 4770k they had on hand, maching eBay prices, give or take a $5-10 difference. For less than $200, I was so very pleased with my find. I took it home where I slapped in some upgrades from my old PC(ancient amd FM2 system) and everything worked. The free windows 10 install was a nice bonus. At the end of the day I would much rather buy whatever used PC part(s) I need in person as opposed to waiting for something to be delivered that may or may not be damaged in transit, stolen from my porch, a scam, or may not work at all. One of the employees asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he was immediately happy to help. He was fun to nerd out with about older tech. The people working here are professional and want you to have a good time and experience. They seem to test most of the more expensive hardware and expertly package CPUs and GPUs and whatnot in anti static bags behind the glass casing at the front. I was impressed with how well packaged my CPU upgrade was. Can't wait to come back and find treasure!

I really want to like this place - they're great to poke around at but I almost never buy because the pricing is just totally out of line. If you find your holy grail item and are willing to pay top dollar and come here regularly to hunt, then this is your place. I don't know if they sort by ebay high to low or what but you'll rarely get any deals here. Most (all?) Of their inventory is free donation/recycling so you'd think this would work like goodwill or thrift stores. However, items are often in very rough cosmetic shape and dirty but sold at the same price as mint on ebay. Old consumer tube tvs with tint issues sold for $100+ that are often free on craiglist or marketplace. Couple that with a terrible 24 hour return period on tvs - I've tested a few in store and found color issues and busted inputs they either didn't test or disclose. You'd haul this all the way home and find out it needs returned and only have a day to do it. Retired enterprise networking equipment that is just beyond ancient going for more than brand new better consumer gear on Amazon or handed out for free from businesses in CL postings. Nearly all their video gaming stuff is sold higher than Pink Gorilla just a couple minutes away who actually have to pay for inventory and then go through the effort of cleaning it. For goodwill quality I expect closer to goodwill pricing. My only purchase here has been a Sony 20" PVM they listed at an eye watering $2500 - literally hundreds more than equivalent eBay models that even included freight shipping. I counter offered to knock the piece down 30% so while massively out of line for what these cost a decade ago, I could at least let it go and hopefully break even if I ever sold it. I definitely wouldn't call it a deal but the one upside to something of this size was avoiding freight shipping from someone selling it cheaper and risking damage.Other local friends have reported some of the staff are more unlikely to haggle at all so you can't even count on trying to make a deal. The selection is at least quite varied. The Seattle store has a lot of PC cases and TV's/monitors while the tukwila one has a better choice of printers and office equipment. If you just want to come peek around and see some fascinating electronics then at least the price there is right.

Good used computer and electronics store with a variety of PC/computer/electronic goods at good prices. lots of stuff in this store to sift through if you have the time and enjoy that type of activity.

They would likely be interested in talking with you
They don't buy unused toner but it's still totally fine to drop it off
They probably will. :) call them!
They have many new and used Bluetooth mice to choose from.
Have you considered a virtual machine? Free VM software exists.
That is feasible. I saw a 5.25 inch floppy drive at RE-PC on Monday, but you need a working pc compatible machine with a working controller, etc. If you have 3.5 inch disks you can obtain a USB drive pretty easily. Of course disk corruption is a very real possibility. Good luck!
Many items come with warranties from RE-PC. I recommend finding the item you're looking for and checking the label to see if it says it is returnable or not. Otherwise, you can call the store to ask about a specific item.
Hit and miss. They may have it.
Yes!
They repair some items but specifically do not fix monitors: http://www.repc.com/repair.html
I haven't seen any there, not that I was looking for them; one of those you won't know until you look type things. They have stuff as old as XP and even older. --imitating Forest Gump-- Ya never know what you're gonna get.
They take anything electric related... Love this place.. Very helpful and the prices are great
All Cheap. Ranges from $100-$279 plus. Parts all cheap too. Ranges from $1-20. Just gotta look got yourself. I have hard time leaving this store . its have too much to look at.
Sometimes they're buying sometimes they're not have to call and see what they're taking it what they're not taking
Yes just call them they probably have it
They will have what you're looking for. Just ask the guys at the counter where to look.
It depends on the value. If there is none there is usually a disposal fee. If there is value you might get a few dollars.
You can almost never be sure what they will have there.
You might to better on sale sites like 5 Mile or Offer Up
I went in to buy a speaker for my stereo and they didn't even want to help me !!! I just bought a used laptop from them (Thinkpad $169.95 plus tax) "very expensive" and I thought that they would help me get my stereo running (but no they would not!!!) I am very upset with there management because I buy from the about every month and I will not go back in there again to buy ANYTHING !!!! that's for sure!!!
