Took my computer here, the intern was incredibly nice. Store was communicative, answered their phones, and were at a rate that was fair and appreciative. While I hope I don't have cause to have computer repair needs in the future, I'd go here again immediately. THANK YOU!

My laptop worked when plugged in, but wouldn't charge. They identified the problem and ordered the needed part immediately, WITHOUT insisting I leave my still functional laptop with them whe they waited for the part to ship like the other guys I talked to did. Once the new battery arrived they had my laptop fixed in forty minutes flat. Laptop is now good as new! Great service, will be taking all future computer repairs to them.

this is a one stop, Even home depot takes their computers to this guy when their stuck. took my computer here many times. bought a mini Mack that gagit fix got stuck on the other day told him the problem. Computer love told me what the problem probably was. only gave him a 4 star because computers are expensive to repair but this guy will give you a free Diagnostic on your computer but it all depends on what the problem is.

If you have computer needs or issues this is the place to go. I had done my first PC build and could not boot into BIOS. The issue was simple but I never would have figured it out myself. The problem was fixed within a couple hours and now I feel relaxed knowing my build is in good shape. I’ve read other bad reviews and it seems people have unrealistic expectations. This place is top notch.
