DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I had previously bought two laptops from them and had a good experience so I bought another one two weeks ago. I charged it all day and then took it off of the charge. It immediately shut down. I have called and emailed several times and attempted contact through Facebook. They responded sporadically with comments like “Let me check into this” or “I will send you a replacement battery and adapter” with no action to follow. I spent $300.00 and only asked to replace the laptop. Now I want my money back.

Fantastic shop with electronics options for low-income households, including repairs, new and refurbished laptops and tablets, and even some sound and video recording devices! They even have access to a low-income internet service through their sister non-profit. Always helpful, always great prices.

This non profit does great work to bring recycled and refurbished computers and laptops at low and accessible prices loaded with Microsoft 10 Pro along with Windows Office. Desktops with monitor and keyboard and mouse go for as low as $59.99 and laptops as low as $99.99! Amazing service.

It is powered by Sprint! So anywhere sprint works this low income hotspot is tge best, i stream Netflix , Amazon prime video, YouTube premium, as well as many others like Hulu, pluto t.v. and live streaming and torrents and file sharing all seem to work seamlessly.
Hi Geraldine. I think if you are looking to get your laptop screen repaired, they may not be able to help (though it's worth checking as they could have similar parts on hand). If you are looking to donate, If the rest of the laptop was still functional, they might be able to part it out to other similar machines. If you aren't sure, you can always stop by the store but be sure to come during business hours for any drop offs.
We are busiest between 10am and 2pm. Depending on the needs of the customers currently being helped, the wait time can be about 10-20 minutes.

I don't think they take tv's. Goodwill does though. Also, they have used, refurbished electronics. If you are looking for new, high end items I would suggest a regular retail store. My experience was a very good one. I brought in some old equipment which got me a nice discount on a refurbished laptop that has been working very well ever since. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Hope that helps!
