I pay monthly automatically from my card,and my internet connection is not working. Do I need to pay more for more data because I am using it in living room and bedroom at same time. Or am I able to pay more for more data?

Low income internet is unlimited. Make sure your card information is up to date on ConnectAll.org and/or call their e-commerce team. The store is really only a distributer and cannot take returns or change anything on your account. It's like asking Safeway to change how they make Pepsi...

I don't kno, why don't u call the company?

I have not experienced that problem, mine is my laptop also from interconnections doesnt see my hot spot. The phone and the tablet both do. A local Bremerton pc guy said there are two different wave lengths one like the public library uses is 2.45 and the other is 5.0. I am taking my laptop back to interconnections for a chip upgrade. Call tech support Monday or go by there is my suggestion.

I have unlimited data, but sometimes it stops working. When that happens I turn it off and back on again. That's what works for me.
