It is powered by Sprint! So anywhere sprint works this low income hotspot is tge best, i stream Netflix , Amazon prime video, YouTube premium, as well as many others like Hulu, pluto t.v. and live streaming and torrents and file sharing all seem to work seamlessly.

That I don't know I'm told that it works every where I not been that far with mine but I've not had trouble getting it in Renton or Everett
