Took my computer in for a simple update and within a week it stopped turning on. I called multiple times and haven't received a call back. Original appointment was fine, but I didn't take my computer in to get broken. So frustrating.

I have gone here a few times - once to borrow a tool to install my own new battery! They lent me the tool - I left a few bucks cuz I appreciated letting me sit their, using their tool, and do it.

Bad experience you need to just go in person if you can. I don't know what's wrong with the phone system but it's a small company and I suggest you just go in and talk to him in person
