I have mixed but thoughtful and gracious feelings about the awesome plus free laundry mat, that go as follows: #1. Call to make an apointment(s) #2. Watch your items closely and last but not least; #3. Always remember timing is everything 💯. Opionated "kindly get in get out" type of place if you want to keep you belongings and face the fact not many people like doing this chore be as timely as possible please,this place works well and it's free... Yes free! (Upon picking up the phone and scheduling an appointment), only if the people that use the privalge respect that is just that, a privalge. That being said thank you to the employee's always and thank you Seattle.

The laundry services are free; obviously, you do your own laundry. I don't like that they sometimes throw in soap before assigning you to a numbered set (washer and dryer), or that they'll occasionally run in and ninja drop their (free) powdered detergent in on your clothes with you even seeing them do it. I buy, and bring, my own liquid detergent free of dyes and fragrances and I forget to tell the staff (almost every time) to give me a w/d set without asking so I don't break out into hives and scratch myself raw. The showers could use a light update, but they're functional. The bathroom floor could use a mat or something to keep ones feet, socks, and pant legs dry when getting ready post shower. The staff varies it seems. I've had both horrible and kind staff.
