I am not a person that gives terrible reviews. If I have nothing good to say, I usually don't say or write anything about it, but my experience in this postal office has been the worst. The Clerk at the USPS was rude, never looked up to me, and when I asked her a question, she replied with the most sarcastic and demeaning tone of voice. This is not the first time I have gone there, and they don't fail to provide me with the worst service! I instead drive a couple of miles and go to the one at Princess Ann

I get mail once every two weeks and it's so sad and what I do get most of it not mine. I order items and it never comes or it shows up month later..Bragg Road townhouse don't see a mailman but once every two weeks WTH is going on

Richard is the nicest most efficient postal worker ever! Great customer service. I’ve been going there for years and always a pleasant experience.

From when I was homeless years ago to now owning my own business Richard (just like my brother and Dads name) was such a pleasant, thorough, and patient man. Whenever in Fredericksburg, and I need to go to the Post Office I always go to this one and hope I get Richard.. and it makes it even better that he still remembers my face. Kudos to you, and I wish that every worker and human was like you!
