Front desk guy was extremely rude. I picked a paid at property option and was charged 2 hours before check in. Asked simply why that happened, and had to listen to a 15 minute rant about lost revenue while standing and waiting to get my key. He asked if it was just 2 adults. I told him no, also 3 kids. Then he got frustrated because it wasn't in his system and he needed to add it even though I did put it in my booking.com. Customer was in line behind me waiting the entire time. Got to the room, air conditioner didn't work on a 99 degree summer day. TV doesn't get any channels. No ice machine. Water was sold out in the vending machine. The pool itself was fine. Helped cool off the family. Pool room is in complete disrepair though. Breakfast was a normal hotel fake egg patty breakfast. Management seemed more interested in penny pinching rather than hospitality. Won't be a returning customer.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional! The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The mattress was comfortable. They do have a pool and small gym. The Breakfast was great I do recommend this hotel

Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was kind of cold. Our biggest complaint was that the pool was not open when we checked in because of chemicals having just been added, and then it does not open in the morning before checkout which seems weird. The whole reason we stayed in a hotel was for our kids to swim in the pool and they didn’t get to do that because we had plans at night and then we still couldn’t swim in the morning. Also the hotel was pretty empty and we were put right next to room with other guests.

Very uncomfortable with the idea of giving 450 in cash as a deposit. Nothing disclosed when booking with bookings.com - the gentleman who was checking me in was pretty rude in aspects of telling me I only booked for 1 person when my bookings said I did it correctly. I asked him to cancel my Booking and he said he can’t because bookings.com takes the commission or some nonsense. I simply left. I can’t believe they openly keep that amount of cash in the office. 450 deposit for each resident? We are looking at thousands of dollars easily just stuffed in some drawer. Not ok. I don’t know why it can’t be done on my card like any other place. Clerk at the other hotel even said that alarming they asked for that amount in cash… shady place for sure
