I’ve been here twice and both times the salespeople were excellent. Very knowledgeable and great at making recommendations. It’s refreshing to get the sense that their recommendations were genuine rather than the typical sales attitude of pushing the upsell. Don’t expect that because it’s an outlet the shoes will be dirt cheap, but they’re still cheaper than you’ll find them on their website so definitely stop by.

The personnel there were very nice and accommodating. A young crew wanting to help and ask me questions about what I wanted. Notice I came there for outlet prices, and the staff indicated that the brooksoutlet.com website is counterfeit. So the price is at your storefront outlet were higher than the website prices. I don't know what Brooks can do about that website, but your staff indicated that it was not real and their pricing was reduced but not to the level that I assumed or noticed from the website. I bought shoes anyway.

Great place! The Sales associate watched how I walked to picked out the perfect shoe and I didn't have to sit and try every shoe there. I can't wait to go back and buy my next pair!
