Nice mall with a lot of options, parking not the best

Typically quick service, but take out orders usually trump in-house orders and wait time for pre-made product is out of sync.

This outdoor downtown shopping area is a wonderful idea. However, the city leadership is letting the shop owners and shoppers down. There is a significant vagrant population there, which could be fine except I was there on a Sunday afternoon in October for about 2 hours and saw 2 assaults by a vagrant… one was on a family with a child in a stroller… my friends and I thought we were going to need to intervene to help them… and the other on a middle aged couple… the vagrant knocked the ice cream cone out of the husband’s hand because they didn’t give him money. My husband and I were also approached and shouted at (directly at in our faces) by a homeless man screaming how we should give him money because he was an out of work white guy, so he deserved our cash. We didn’t see a single police officer or security guard during our visit. Sorry shop owners… we left.

There are dozens of restaurants along the main stretch and the side streets, ranging from quick bites (dumplings, Thai, sandwiches) to fine dining.
Definately mudhouse coffee and splendoras. If you like good burgers Grass fed beef and french fries with rosemary aeoli go to Citizen burger. Theres also Marco and Delucas dumplings and the wonderful quaint Twisted branch tea bizzare great tea nice view of the downtown mall and good food and a hooka room in the back. If ya want just a quick delicious bite to eat Baggbys next to Virginia discovery museum on the other end of the mall. Then theres Christians Pizza also and the indoor skating rink also. Have fun its a pleasant place to shop, eat and just Exhale. C-Ville art is a nice place that sells local made art also. Very quaint.
Well it kind of depends on the store but I do know that most of the restaurants open at 7 am. Hope this helped.
Riverview Park I would say is the closest location. It directly east of Downtown Mall.
I'm not quite sure what you are asking.
Two parking garages in the area. One at 550 Market Street and one at. 200 East Water Street.
Very much so. Youll see tons of pups on the mall. Bring the leash. No free range. You might get a ticket. All the restaurants with outdoor seatinv allow pets. There even used to be a dog store on the mall, but im not sure if its still there.
Thats a very specific type of ornament. Ebay would likely be your best bet.
My family and I were shopping on the Mall Tuesday afternoon (Caspari to O'Susannah) and did not see any keys
As the other guide mentioned. There are many stores specializing in little items as you are looking for.
I think the stores still do that
