Extremely unprofessional. Nobody answers the phone. You can leave a detailed message like required on their voicemail and it says your call will be returned in 24hrs. Don’t hold your breath. Management isn’t any better. Left her several voicemails for not even to respond. You call the 1-800 number and they want you to call the local office. It’s POINTLESS. Why even work in this profession if you don’t want to help people?!

This place is amazing except got Jalana she is very rude and disrespectful & she don’t have to treat people with no respect or sarcasm. I wish she represented herself just as the other staff does she doesn’t care for her community and it’s annoying to have someone like her dealing with the housing situation for people who are in need due to her inconsideration someone needs to talk to her about her manners

The people there don't seem to care about kids eating. I kept turning my papers in and they said they never got them. So I went in personally to fill it out. I call James City to see if it's been transferred and the lady told me no because I forgot to sign something. So I called over to Williamsburg Social service let them know I will be coming in to sign it. The lady proceeded to ask me how I found out about me not signing the paper. I told them James City brought it to my attention. This made feel like she was going to tell me.
