The goal of pest control is to completely eliminate any pest problems that you may be seeing. So if you don’t have any bugs, we are doing our job! Customers often think that once they are pest free, it is a good time to cancel. We would advise against it, as you will start to experience pest problems in 3-6 months once new pests begin to move into the area.
It is normal to still have some bugs after the initial service, as they will become agitated and more active. If the problem persists after your first quarterly service, give us a call and we will be happy to come take care of the problem, free of charge.
Once signing up for services, you will receive same day or next day service. A Fox tech will come out to your home and spray to stir up any bugs that may be hiding. Then, within the next 1-3 weeks, a second technician will come to your home. This tech will become your dedicated technician, and will take care of you going forward.
Once you receive your first service, you may see an immediate uptick in pests around your home. This is because the first service is intended to flush out any pests that may be hiding around your home. Don’t worry, your dedicated technician will be back soon to take care of these bugs.
The Fox Home Protection Plan ensures that your home will be protected year round from pests, and by performing quarterly services, our technicians are able to cut off egg cycles to prevent new pests from hatching. Our Home Protection Plan offers comprehensive service that will cover any pest issues that may arise.
Although a credit or debit card is preferred, Fox does accept payment in the form of a check.
You will be billed monthly for your services.
You will receive your regular service each quarter, and if you have problems between services, a technician will come out and take care of your problems free of charge.
If you complete your annual contract with Fox, there is no fee to discontinue service. However, if you choose to continue you will be on the same discounted rate that you started with.
This depends on the level of service provided. After a free inspection, you will get an estimate of how much your pest control services will cost. This lets you assess if this is the right decision for you and your family.
If you have seen bugs in your home, it is best practice to hire the professionals to take care of it. Additionally, if your neighbor has a pest problem, you probably do too, they're just hiding.
During your initial treatment, we like to meet our customers and let them know what pest problems we see and our plan to fix the problem. Unless you request an interior treatment to target a specific pest problem, it is no longer necessary for you to be present during your home’s scheduled service. Once the interior is pest free, we maintain the barrier around the home according to your protection plan’s treatment schedule.
At Fox, we use EPA-approved, eco-friendly products that get the job done right, and all our technicians are well-trained and use each product in accordance with its labeling and state and federal regulations.
