Would give 0 stars if I could. I never write reviews but I made a new appointment two months prior and got to the office on time and had wait 45 minutes without any staff memebers letting me know the doctor was running behind. Ended up having to leave to get back to work. Waste of time and terrible service.

Dr. Deshmukh is a very nice and excellent doctor. This review is not about him but rather the very poor administration. Wait time after appointment time have been more than an hour. I was about to leave examination room after sitting in there nearly an hour because I had to make another meeting for my work. I'm currently waiting for a virtual appointment to begin and it's been more that 50 minutes... My question for the administration is: Why make appointments that you know will not be kept? Why tell me "the doctor is running a few minutes late" 50 minutes is not a few minutes!

I love Dr. Habib. But, the lab the wait time is ridiculous. I mean I check in at 9:45am and didn’t be seen until 11:10am.

I am never sick or need care… however I’ve had ear pain the last 3 days. Called to see if I could be seen…. No availability today or tomorrow, but I’ve been instructed to go to a walk-in clinic…This receptionist didn’t seem to be completely aware how this process works and seemed to be reading from something. She had directed me to a clinic off of Brook Road. I am a good distance from there…. Again bad ear pain which is hindering me wanting to do a lot of unnecessary driving. Bottom line and to save you a call and time, if you need to be seen go to patient first. Please don’t get me wrong I truly love this office, but disappointed today…. I maybe a little cranky due to my ear pain, but don’t understand why I couldn’t be seen.
