There's a lot of activity there with RV spaces and 4 custom homes being built in the middle of the current park. The RV spaces are filled with construction workers and long-term residents. Since future plans include moving the rv hookups, the spaces have all the necessities but no landscaping. It'll be really nice when the total plan kicks in.
