I do $5,000 a week of business with uhaul in San Diego, another 5,000 with penske. I did a move too Mcall, Idaho. On the way back my employees and I tried to park our large truck at this location just to run in next door gas station to get food. The lady that runs this uhaul location came out screaming and yelling at us to move the truck because it was Penske, mind you it is a very large empty parking lot I currently have 3 rentals out with uhaul I will no longer use u-haul because of this one experience. I am not happy how we were just treated. Treat people better. Uhaul

I recently had the occasion to deal with this vocal U-Haul dealer out in the small town of Donnelly run by Terri and Sherri Gestrin. What a pleasant surprise. The owners turned out to be knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat and totally in tune with our needs as seniors traveling across country for the first time in many years. They really exuded friendliness, professionalism, courteousness and most of all knowledge of the whole U-Haul system, and how to get things done at RH in the modern electronic world of U-Haul. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a U-Haul, with the tow dollies with someone seeking help with how many Furniture pads to rent, accessories such as appliance dollies, Etc. What nice people to find in this day and age. These kind of people don't come along and if you go to rent a U-Haul from Sherry and Terry gestrin you will be glad that you did. I give them 5 stars!
