I love this Pizza Hut. We have ordered carry out from here 3 times in the past month. When I go to pick it up, it is always hot. The pizza is always exactly what we ordered and it looks and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. Josie is always happy and smiling and she ALWAYS ensures my happiness before my leaving. We will be returning to this location many more times in the future.

Got majority of order wrong. Given another persons order I'm guessing even though told what they give me is what they made because it came up on their screen for that. However they give me a receipt with correct information for what I ordered. Not to mention I used a My Reward for "Free Breadsticks" only for the app to charge $3.19 as an additional fee? Not a good experience.

The order process online is always seemless and user friendly. My order was a carry-out order, and my pizza was quoted to be ready in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed to see it be ready in that time frame. The cashier/team member/attendant that handled my transaction when I arrived very courteous. We had a pleasant chat that lasted from the point of contact until I was driving away with my pizza. I was thankful to be leaving feeling positive about the entire process.

Our pizza tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It was cold and hard. We have never threw away a pizza but we did this one. Probably the worst pizza I had. Little Ceasars would have probably been better. I spent almost $30.00 that ended up in the trash. Very disappointed.
